| Day 2: Drive North via Mt. Kenya to Samburu, transfer to lodge with a later cultural visit of the Samburu people who are a proud warrior-race of cattle-owning pastoralists, with a dialect spoken in a more rapid manner than that of the Maasai. Proud of their culture and traditions, the Samburu still cherish and retain their customs and ceremonies. | |

| Day 4: Drive to Northern Districts and get to meet the Samburu and Turkana people who are nomadic and roam the dry northwest corner of Kenya. Livestock are central to their culture and all aspects of their social, political, and economic life revolve around the livestock. Spend the night at Maralal. Maralal is well known for the annual Maralal International Camel Derby event that draws international visitors and locals alike in great numbers. The three day event is a grand social event, and a chance to experience culture, color, action and adventure firsthand. | |

| Day 5: The day takes you through the heart of Samburu, scenic landscape through to South Horr. Afternoon excursions and cultural immersion amongst Samburu people. | |

| Day 6: Extensive excursions to Ngurunit Samburu village or excursions to Mt. Nyiru with Samburu warriors. | |

| Day 7: Depart early driving across the seemingly hash but breath taking landscape to the shores of Lake Turkana. | |

| Day 8: Get to meet the El-Molo who is the smallest ethnic group in Kenya, numbering about 300 people. Their dwellings resemble igloos, built from what scrub vegetation the volcanic wasteland has to offer. Occasionally they hunt crocodiles and hippos. Boat excursions and cultural immersion among the El Molo community at El Molo bay. | |

| Day 9: Full day of cultural immersion among other communities the Turkana and Rendille who live in this harsh and remote region. | |

| Day 10: Depart very early in the morning to Maralal sightseeing, photography with stopover at South Horr for lunch. | |

| Day 11: Depart early to Lake Baringo to arrive before lunch. Lake Baringo is the traditional home of the Njemps people. Visit the Njemps community and indulge in various activities. The Njemps often fish on the shore using nets and lines, and have no fear whatsoever of the lakes many crocodiles. | |

| Day 12: Visit cultural homesteads and interact with other communities like the Pokot and the Tugen and get to visit their homesteads. | |

| Day 13 to 15: Depart early for Nairobi arriving in time for lunch before flying to Lamu. Get to explore Lamu which is a place like no other, a peaceful tropical island where life is lived at its own relaxed rhythm, but a place with rich history. The people of Lamu are great believers in tradition and custom, and this is a strong society built on a respect for the past. | |
