East Africa’s 1,200 plus Kms of Indian Ocean shoreline are endowed with pristine white sand beaches, shady palm trees, warm waters for swimming and a colorful chain of fringing coral reefs. The theme here is definitely one of doing as much or as little as you like.
The weather is just perfect for enjoying the many water sports available, for beach-combing or relaxing on pool-side. With clear blue sea and swaying palm trees, stunning coral and beautiful people, this is the ideal holiday destination all year round.
If you have been on safari, you will certainly enjoy a few days relaxing at the beach, taking in the sun and dining out on the delicious seafood that comes straight from these waters.

TREKKING AND ADVENTURE

Walking safaris and trekking can be the best way to reach the most- out of the way places. At Mihon we know the destinations well to take you off the beaten track by foot or by 4X4. For many visitors the most wonderful memories are associated with travel in the bush: open camp fires, sleeping under the clear starry skies. East Africa offers excellent opportunities for wilderness expeditions. The Samburu Trails, Kamba Hills, Loita Hills and Nguruman Escarpment, Nyiro Mts, Mt. Kulal in northern Kenya, the Crater highlands Mts, Pare & Usambara Mts in Tanzania and Bale and Simien Mts in Ethiopia.
For the high altitude trekkers, some routes in Mt Kenya and Mt. Kilimanjaro offer the best equatorial high altitude trekking experiences.

We mainly organize wedding arrangements in three ways;

CITY TOURS & EXCURSIONS

At Mihon, we design few hours to full day excursions. These excursions are ideal for those attending meetings, conferences, and 5 hours and above stop-over and extra time upon arrival or departure at our destinations. They range from visiting national parks, cultural/ historical sites, museums, monuments, memorials, churches, mosques, temples, orphanages, galleries, shopping malls, theaters, hills and community development projects. These short tours and safaris are mainly organized in; Nairobi, Mombasa, Arusha, Dar-es Salaam, Zanzibar, Kampala, Addis Ababa, Mahe, and Port Louis.

MISSION TOURS

Mihon Destinations provide logistics for missionaries in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda by providing guaranteed quality services and great experience only found in this part of the world. We embrace the work, effort and contribution provided by individuals or mission groups in humanitarian activities and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In addition to facilitating our guests’ transport and accommodation we ensure that they have a strong outreach in local communities, project groups and local Churches.
